Skills Videos
PacNW offers many tutorial videos for players to practice essential skills. One series offers sequential videos that increase in difficulty, where players should challenge themselves to master each level before moving to the next. Other videos on PacNW’s Junior Academy Youtube page, offer tutorials on specific moves.
Regularly practicing these skills will help players improve fundamental skills. All players need is a ball and determination!
