ABOUT US
Pacific Northwest Soccer Club aims to provide an environment where youth soccer players are developed to their fullest potential on the field, and inspired to become high-achieving, productive members of the community.
Our club features approximately 1,100 players competing in the Elite Clubs National League and Washington Youth Soccer’s Regional Club League.
CULTURE
Our club fosters a close, familial culture through single-location training, all-club bonding events, and unified attire. Guided by our Inclusion and Diversity Statement, we create a safe, welcoming space that celebrates diversity in ethnicity, gender, orientation, ability, and beliefs.
CURRICULUM
All players train under PacNW's unified, long-term development plan, ensuring a seamless progression from U-8 to U-19. While skills evolve with age, tactical concepts and systems remain consistent, offering a structured approach unlike clubs where training varies by coach.
COACHING
Our coaching staff combines expertise with genuine care, featuring U.S. Soccer “A” license holders, a former U.S. Youth Soccer National Coach of the Year, and Washington Youth Soccer’s Boys and Girls Competitive Coaches of the Year.
